Claims Specialist

What You’ll Do
- Review claim forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
- Verify invoices, receipts, payment records, and other supporting information
- Identify missing information, errors, duplicates, and discrepancies
- Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks across claims
- Maintain accurate claim records and update claim statuses
- Respond to claimant questions by phone and email and explain submission requirements clearly
- Work with internal teams to research and resolve claim-related issues
- Prepare basic reports, status updates, and claim-related documentation
- Manage multiple claims and priorities while meeting established deadlines
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfort working with both structured and unstructured data
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $38 – $40 / hour

- Paid leave where required by law and other employer-provided leave upon meeting eligibility criteria
