What You'll Do
This is an onsite, full-time Claims Operations role supporting claims intake, review, and settlement processing for a Confidential Client in the Accounting & Finance industry. Typical responsibilities include:
- Review and process claims documentation and settlement files accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry and maintain claims records in internal systems
- Reconcile data between structured sources (spreadsheets, claims systems) and unstructured documents
- Identify inconsistencies, escalate issues, and recommend corrective actions
- Support customer-facing teams by preparing clear summaries and responding to basic inquiries when required
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets while prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is an entry- to junior-level professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. Required and preferred skills:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to spot and reason through inconsistencies
- Sharp attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication; able to explain complex information simply
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data
- Fast learner, collaborative team player, and committed to accuracy and inclusiveness

- Pay: $35 - $40 / hr
