Overview
Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Civil Site Staff Engineer to join their Civil Site Engineering group in Pennsylvania. This role offers hands-on experience with site design (grading, utilities, roadways, parking, stormwater) while working with licensed engineers and multidisciplinary teams. Ideal for a recent or soon-to-be graduate ready to learn AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and field/site practices.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Team Leaders on land development projects (industrial, residential, mixed-use, urban redevelopment, affordable housing)
- Produce drafting and plan sets using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Support stormwater design and analysis with HydroCAD and related tools
- Assist with grading, utility layouts, parking and roadway design, and construction plan preparation
- Help prepare permit applications, technical specifications, exhibits, and presentation materials
- Participate in field inspections, design coordination, and cost estimation tasks
- Perform engineering calculations and other duties as assigned
Who You Are
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Construction, or Structural Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related program focused on civil infrastructure
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team projects
- Reliable transportation to and from the office or local project sites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on varied project tasks
Skills & Tools
- AutoCAD / Civil 3D experience (coursework, internships, or hands-on)
- Familiarity with HydroCAD or stormwater analysis tools is a plus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data, calculations, and tabulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
