What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with project engineers, project managers, and team leads on land development projects (industrial, residential, mixed-use, urban redevelopment, and affordable housing).
- Produce and revise construction plans for grading, utilities, parking lots, roadways, and stormwater systems.
- Draft and prepare plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D; support calculations and documentation in Microsoft Excel.
- Support stormwater modeling and management using tools such as HydroCAD.
- Assist with permit applications, technical specifications, exhibits, and presentation materials.
- Participate in field inspections, plan production, design coordination, and cost estimation.
- Perform other project-related tasks as assigned to gain broad exposure across the project life cycle.
Who You Are
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Construction, or Structural Engineering; Land Surveying; or a related civil infrastructure program.
- Comfortable using AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microsoft Excel, or eager to learn these tools quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office or local project sites.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute with a strong work ethic and willingness to try new things.

- Estimated base pay: $41,662 per year (estimated)
