What You’ll Do

• Assist in the planning and design of site development and land development projects for the Confidential Client in Stamford, CT.
• Prepare engineering calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management systems.
• Develop and modify plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design staff to deliver high-quality project deliverables.
• Conduct research, prepare technical reports, and support permitting and entitlement efforts.
• Participate in project budgeting, scheduling, and coordination activities.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Take on increasing responsibility and mentorship opportunities as your skills and experience grow.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience or coursework using AutoCAD.
• Strong interest in land development and site design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, and site development principles.
• EIT certification or plans to pursue licensure.
• Prior internship or 0–3 years of professional civil engineering experience (entry-level candidates encouraged).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
