Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry‑Level Civil Engineer focused on Land Development to join their Middle East, PA office. This hands‑on role supports site planning and infrastructure design within a multi‑discipline team and offers mentorship, professional growth, and competitive benefits.

What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is looking for an early‑career engineer who will:

• Assist with land development and site/civil design tasks for public and private projects
• Prepare and revise drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation and/or GIS
• Support grading, utilities, stormwater management, erosion & sediment control, and site layout design
• Coordinate with senior engineers, drafters, and internal teams to meet project milestones
• Produce calculations, review design criteria, and help prepare construction documents
• Participate in plan reviews, permitting support, and respond to comments from agencies and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a design team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills

Preferred/Helpful:

• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation and/or GIS
• EIT / FE certification preferred
• Previous coursework or internship experience in land development or site engineering

• Salary range (good‑faith estimate): $70,000 — $125,000 per year
