What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, full-time, in-person Civil Engineer role supporting multidisciplinary site development and water-resources projects. You will:

• Assist with civil design tasks including site layout, grading design, and earthwork analysis
• Support stormwater management and water resources design (LID and sustainable practices)
• Produce plan sets and design deliverables using Civil 3D for grading, utility, and drainage systems
• Prepare technical documentation: reports, permit applications, letters, and regulatory analyses
• Participate in construction administration, site visits, and construction observation
• Collaborate with project managers and interdisciplinary teams to meet deadlines
• Learn company standards, codes, and zoning/ordinance review processes
• Travel to project sites as needed (valid driver’s license required)

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field
• Engineer‑In‑Training (EIT) certification or actively pursuing EIT preferred
• Familiarity with Civil 3D for design and plan production; willingness to learn on the job
• Interest/experience in stormwater design, grading, and utility infrastructure
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in teams
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to grow professionally
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
