Overview

Confidential Client (Engineering) is hiring an Entry‑Level Civil Engineer based in Bloomfield, PA. This full‑time, in‑person role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career engineers who want hands‑on experience across site design, water resources, grading, permitting, and construction administration. The role emphasizes professional growth, teamwork, and use of Civil 3D for design and plan production.

What You’ll Do

The day‑to‑day work will include a mix of office design and field support across civil/site and water resources projects. Typical responsibilities:

• Assist with site layout, grading design, and earthwork analysis
• Support stormwater management and water resources design (LID and sustainable practices)
• Produce plans, details, and quantity summaries using Civil 3D
• Prepare technical memos, permit applications, reports, and letters
• Perform regulatory and zoning reviews to support project compliance
• Participate in construction administration, site visits, and construction observation
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams and assist senior staff as required
• Maintain organized project files and schedules to meet deadlines

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or closely related degree
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification or strong desire to pursue EIT
• Familiarity with Civil 3D or willingness to train quickly

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
