What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Civil Associate to join their engineering team supporting transportation, water/wastewater, and structural projects. Under close supervision, you will:

• Assist with design and development of construction documents, plans, and technical reports
• Prepare CAD drawings using MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
• Gather and document site data and review as-built plans
• Support roadway and highway design tasks and perform basic traffic analysis
• Attend client and internal project meetings; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct occasional site visits to observe field conditions and document findings
• Follow established QA/QC processes and technical standards under mentor guidance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
• 0+ years of professional experience working under a registered professional engineer (entry-level)
• Pursuing or plans to pursue EIT (Engineer-in-Training) designation is preferred
• Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD is strongly preferred
• Basic understanding of roadway design and traffic analysis principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to travel occasionally to project sites and attend client meetings

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range (good-faith estimate): $65,859 - $95,084 per year. Actual pay depends on education, experience, skills, and work location.
