• Work within a cohort of early-career associates to complete technical and experiential learning.
• Use tools and data to evaluate exposures and determine appropriate coverage solutions.
• Support agency distribution efforts by helping find, onboard, and track newly appointed agents.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate with experienced team members and leaders.
• Deliver a high level of client service and help teams navigate complex risk situations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (multiple majors considered).
• Minimum GPA: 3.0.
• Preferred: prior work experience (internships, part-time jobs, summer roles).
• Preferred: leadership experience through work, community service, athletics, clubs or similar activities.
• Sponsorship (now or in the future) is not available. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based sponsorship.
• Estimated compensation: $60,412 per year (estimated).
