Position Overview

Confidential Client, a minority woman‑owned organization in Behavioral Health, is seeking a licensed BSW/LSW to provide therapeutic group services for children ages 3–8. This role focuses on leading Group Day Treatment psychoeducational sessions, supporting treatment goals, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Ohio rules and payer requirements.

• Estimated annual compensation: $37,586 (per source)
• $20 per completed clinical note (as stated in source)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate therapeutic group sessions (typically 2.5-hour blocks) for children ages 3–8
• Create and maintain a safe, structured, engaging therapeutic environment
• Implement the Confidential Client model of care and curriculum to support clinical outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation that complies with Ohio law and payer requirements
• Collaborate with the treatment team to communicate progress and coordinate care
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills in managing classroom dynamics
• Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and active license (BSW, LSW) required
• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Passion for working with children ages 3–8
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a physically active setting and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
