Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a compassionate Child Autism Therapist (Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Technician level) to join a busy pediatric clinic in River Falls, WI. This is a full-time, clinic-based role focused on delivering high-quality ABA therapy and supporting individualized behavior intervention plans for children.

What You’ll Do
As a Child Autism Therapist you will:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA
- Collect and record data on patient progress using digital tools (iPad)
- Build rapport with children and caregivers, creating a positive therapeutic relationship
- Collaborate with the treatment team (BCBA and fellow RBTs) to review and update plans
- Apply interventions consistently while maintaining PHI confidentiality and professional standards
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-first clinic culture
Qualifications
Minimum and preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with children; roles such as childcare provider, teacher’s assistant, nanny, camp counselor, coach, pediatric therapist, nurse, ABA/behavior therapist are strong prep
- RBT experience is a plus but NOT required — paid training available
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field; psychology helpful) for entry-level BT roles
- Availability Monday–Friday, approximately 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, sit on the floor for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support teammates and families
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $20–$29 per hour (RBT range)
- Annual salary estimate shown on original posting: $30,000–$50,000
