Overview

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Child Autism Therapists to deliver play-based ABA therapy to young children in Prior Lake, MN. This full-time role includes paid training and fully covered Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Predictable daytime schedule (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) with possible occasional Saturdays.

What You’ll Do

You will work one-on-one with children (approximately 18 months–8 years) using play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Use play, movement, games, reading, and hands-on activities to teach skills
• Stay active and engaged during sessions; get on/off the floor frequently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Communicate and collaborate with your clinical team and supervisors
• Participate in paid training and earn RBT certification (covered by the employer)

Schedule & Location

• Location: Prior Lake, MN 55372 (onsite)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (predictable daytime hours). Optional Saturdays based on client needs.

Pay & Benefits

Pay varies by education and prior ABA experience:

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $20–$24 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $20–$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $20–$28 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active pace
• Comfortable with frequent sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset — may occasionally support nearby clinics if coverage is needed

Experience helpful but not required: childcare, tutoring, camp counseling, paraprofessional roles, behavioral health technician, or related coursework (Psychology, Child Development, Health Sciences).
