What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Child Autism Specialist to deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to young children with autism in a clinic setting in Roanoke, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates starting a career in behavioral health who want paid training and fast development toward a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role.

  • Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to deliver evidence-based ABA interventions
  • Implement treatment plans that teach social, communication and adaptive life skills
  • Collect accurate data and report progress to supervising clinicians (BCBAs)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families to support consistent skill generalization
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision to develop clinical skills and advance toward RBT certification
