What You’ll Do

  • Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to teach social, communication, and life skills.
  • Implement behavior treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collect accurate session data.
  • Use positive reinforcement and structured teaching techniques to support skill acquisition and reduce challenging behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregiver(s), and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency across environments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision; paid RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) training is provided.

Qualifications

  • Passion for working with children with autism and for supporting families.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required for travel to client sessions).
  • Ability to pass background checks and any required state screenings.
  • Flexible schedule and commitment to on-site clinic or community-based sessions; roles commonly start ~30 hours/week (eligibility for benefits at 30 hrs).

  • Estimated annual pay: $50,946 (estimated; pay is based on ABA experience and supervised work under a BCBA).
