Responsibilities

• Conduct physical stability analyses (viscosity, density, appearance, etc.) and document results.
• Operate laboratory-scale mixing and milling equipment to support formulation testing and small-batch trials.
• Prepare, label, and handle chemical samples following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Accurately record experimental data, observations, and instrument readings in lab notebooks or electronic systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized lab workspace and ensure proper disposal of chemical waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot tests and refine procedures.
• Prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing project needs in a fast-paced lab environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• 1–3 years of laboratory experience, including hands-on physical stability testing.
• Demonstrated ability to operate mixing and milling equipment (lab scale).
• Strong data recording, observational, and basic data analysis skills.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong organizational skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or coursework in formulation development.
• Familiarity with common laboratory instruments and basic QC methodologies.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: US$25.00 - US$30.00 per hour
• Employment type: Full time
• Location: Chesterfield, MO (on-site)
