Responsibilities
- Conduct physical stability analyses (viscosity, density, appearance, etc.) and document results.
- Operate laboratory-scale mixing and milling equipment to support formulation testing and small-batch trials.
- Prepare, label, and handle chemical samples following SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Accurately record experimental data, observations, and instrument readings in lab notebooks or electronic systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized lab workspace and ensure proper disposal of chemical waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot tests and refine procedures.
- Prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing project needs in a fast-paced lab environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- 1–3 years of laboratory experience, including hands-on physical stability testing.
- Demonstrated ability to operate mixing and milling equipment (lab scale).
- Strong data recording, observational, and basic data analysis skills.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong organizational skills.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or coursework in formulation development.
- Familiarity with common laboratory instruments and basic QC methodologies.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: US$25.00 - US$30.00 per hour
- Employment type: Full time
