What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking entry-level Chemical Process Engineers to join a Process Engineering Development Program (PEDP). As part of a cross-disciplinary plant engineering team, you will contribute to process improvement, product development, and operational troubleshooting.
- Provide process engineering support across manufacturing disciplines (raw material management, process control, product flow and quality).
- Perform material substitutions and cost-reduction studies for coatings and board formulations.
- Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions.
- Run plant tests to support new product development and scale-up.
- Modify formulations and process settings to increase capacity and yield.
- Establish and document equipment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in wastewater treatment and environmental compliance projects.
- Lead or support projects to improve product quality and operational efficiency.

Training Experience
- The development program begins at a plant location where you’ll receive on-site training and mentorship.
- Periodic travel to the corporate engineering hub will be required as part of your development.
- After completing the program, you will transition into a full-time, permanent process engineering role at an assigned plant.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related field.
- Expected graduation in Dec 2026 or May 2027.
- Unlimited authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
