What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Change Ticket Coordinator to join an IT Change-as-a-Service (CaaS) team supporting the Navy Enterprise Network (NEN). This role manages the lifecycle of design and network change tickets using approved ITSM systems and AI-assisted tools to improve process efficiency, compliance, and audit readiness.

  • Create, update, and close Unified Change tickets in ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Service Manager).
  • Use AI tools to collect, validate, and populate ticket fields for consistent, accurate submissions.
  • Track requirements, deliverables, approval gates and dependencies across the ticket lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership status updates every 2–4 weeks aligned to sprint cycles.
  • Maintain accurate records to support notifications and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure changes are compliant and actionable.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that impact ticket flow or approvals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, catalog services, and automation/workflow integrations.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in IT operations, service management, or change management (internship/entry-level experience acceptable).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility for government security clearance (required for this program).
  • Willingness to telework with occasional on-site access as needed to designated sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira, etc.).
  • Experience with process automation, workflow tools, or AI-driven service agents (GenAI, Claude Code, etc.).
  • Agile or SAFe Agile experience or certification.
  • Experience in government or regulated environments.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with catalog design, service intake, and automation workflows.

Location, Schedule & Clearance

  • Job type: Full-time (Telecommute / Remote with occasional access to specified sites).
  • Locations for occasional access (as needed): NRFK, WNYD, JAXS, BREM, SDNI.
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens and be eligible for government clearance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $57,850 – $104,575 (Confidential Client pay range; final offer will consider experience, skills, and other factors).
