What You’ll Do

We are recruiting on behalf of a Confidential Client in Healthcare & Nursing for a Certified Athletic Trainer to deliver proactive, on-site injury prevention and employee health services in industrial workplaces. This is a hands-on, prevention-focused role that partners with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries and support worker health.

• Provide on-site injury prevention, first aid care and immediate triage
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and recommend workplace safety improvements
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and other proactive wellness initiatives
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations
• Support case management and employee recovery plans
• Educate and engage employees through training and wellness programs
• Collaborate with safety teams and leadership to analyze injury trends and reduce risk

Qualifications

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
• Current state licensure for Athletic Training
• CPR/AED certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field
• 1+ year of clinical or on-site experience preferred — new graduates who completed a structured new-grad program are welcome
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in industrial/on-site environments (active, mobile role)

• Estimated base pay: $75,861 per year (estimated)
