Position summary
Confidential Client (Healthcare & Nursing) is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to deliver proactive, prevention-focused care in an industrial, on-site setting. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with a set Monday–Friday schedule and potential for 1–2 weekend shifts per month. The position emphasizes injury prevention, ergonomic improvements, employee education, and direct support of workplace safety initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Provide on-site injury prevention, acute care and first aid for employees
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and recommend workplace modifications
- Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives on the shop floor
- Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations
- Support case management and coordinate employee recovery plans
- Partner with safety teams and leadership to identify and reduce injury trends
- Educate and engage employees through training and wellness programs
Qualifications
- Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
- State licensure as required for practice
- CPR/AED certification (current)
- Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field
- 1+ year of relevant experience preferred — new graduate program completion accepted
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with employees and leadership

- Estimated salary: $69,182 per year (estimated)
