About the Role
This is a proactive, prevention-focused Certified Athletic Trainer role supporting on-site industrial employees. You will build relationships, keep employees healthy, and make a direct impact on workplace safety every day. This opening includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus and an estimated salary of $80,422 per year (estimated).
What You’ll Do
- Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and recommend improvements to reduce injury risk
- Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives for employees
- Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations
- Support case management and facilitate employee recovery and return-to-work plans
- Partner with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries and improve outcomes
- Engage employees through education, training, and wellness programs
Qualifications
- Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
- State licensure as required
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- 1+ year of relevant experience preferred — new graduates who completed an approved program are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working hands-on in an industrial environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary: $80,422 per year (estimated)
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
