What You’ll Do
This entry-level Certification Exam Administrator will support day-to-day administration of GEOINT certification exams. You will ensure exams are scheduled, administered, documented, and secured consistently according to standard operating procedures and accreditation requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule certification assessments and coordinate candidate communications
- Proctor in-person and/or authorized external testing environments, following proctoring scripts
- Deliver clear candidate instructions and respond to testing-site inquiries
- Maintain and update certification and accreditation records; manage exam data
- Safeguard, track, and log testing materials throughout their lifecycle
- Assist with audits, training of proctors, and process improvement activities
- Follow strict security protocols and documentation standards to protect exam integrity
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Less than 3 years of relevant experience (this is an entry-level role)
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel to retrieve, organize, and manage data
- Strong attention to detail and consistent adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Experience analyzing processes and recommending workflow improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable providing customer service
- Comfortable delivering short public presentations (e.g., reading/explaining 10–15 minute proctoring scripts and answering participant questions)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Access or similar database tools for record tracking
- Familiarity with records management policies and proper documentation practices
- Experience supporting Reasonable Accommodations for test-takers with diverse needs
Compensation & Type
- Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (as provided by the client)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Location: West Springfield, VA (on-site / local testing sites)
