Overview

Join a Confidential Client team supporting a GEOINT professional certification program as a Certification Exam Administrator. In this entry-level role you’ll schedule and proctor certification assessments, manage exam records and secure testing materials, follow established SOPs and accreditation requirements, and help preserve the integrity of the certification process.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000


What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day administration of GEOINT certification examinations, including scheduling tests and coordinating candidates
  • Proctor exams and provide clear instructions and assistance to candidates
  • Maintain and secure certification and accreditation records; manage and track exam materials
  • Retrieve, organize, and manage exam data in Excel (and other tracking tools)
  • Follow SOPs, accreditation standards, and security requirements to ensure consistent, accurate administration
  • Respond to candidate and testing-site inquiries and provide customer-service oriented support
  • Track testing materials through their lifecycle and support audits when requested
  • Assist with external testing-site support and help train proctors or other testing personnel
  • Deliver short proctoring scripts (10–15 minutes) and answer participant questions during sessions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Entry-level role intended for candidates with less than 3 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel to retrieve, organize, and manage data
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent adherence to SOPs and security requirements
  • Experience analyzing processes and offering actionable recommendations to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer-service orientation
  • Comfortable delivering public presentations and reading/explaining proctoring scripts

Preferred / Desired

  • Experience using Microsoft Access to organize, manage, and track records or databases
  • Knowledge of records-management policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with Reasonable Accommodations for test-takers with diverse needs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year
