The Cash and Trade Processing Associate Analyst 2 is an entry-level role responsible for supporting reconciliations, controls, and transaction processing within the Services Recon Operations team. What You’ll Do
This entry-level Operations role on behalf of our confidential client supports end-to-end cash and trade transaction processing, reconciliations, and controls. You will work with the Services Recon Operations team to ensure transactions are executed accurately, escalated when needed, and documented to support continuous process improvement.
- Assist with daily transaction processing for cash and trade activity, following documented procedures
- Perform reconciliations and investigate exceptions; document findings and corrective actions
- Support control and compliance activities to ensure processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Help implement process improvements and participate in stabilization or transition initiatives
- Provide cross‑training and back-up coverage for related team roles
- Escalate operational risks and control issues transparently and in a timely manner
- Participate in transaction‑services projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged)
- Demonstrated knowledge or exposure to cash and trade operations, reconciliations, or transaction services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented controls and procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, learn quickly, and work collaboratively with teammates
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred (not required)
- Experience with transaction processing systems, reconciliations tools, or workflow platforms
- Basic familiarity with operational risk and control frameworks
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range (Primary Location, Full Time): $55,341.00 – $68,270.00 per year
- In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in discretionary and formulaic incentive/retention awards
