What You’ll Do
The Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Cash & Trade Processing Intermediate Associate (Analyst Two) to support transaction processing and cash management within Transaction Services. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Monitor and execute cash and trade transaction workflows accurately and on time
- Ensure processes comply with internal policies, controls and regulatory requirements
- Investigate operational discrepancies, document findings, and help implement corrective actions
- Support transition, alignment, and stabilization efforts for critical operations functions
- Assist on control, risk mitigation, and transaction services projects as assigned
- Provide informal guidance and on-the-job training to new team members when needed
- Cross-train across related roles and provide back-up coverage as required
- Respond to deliverable requests from internal clients, external clients, and vendors
- Apply sound ethical judgment, escalate control issues, and help safeguard client assets and the firm’s reputation
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of relevant cash and trade operations experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of cash management and trade processing workflows
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Expert-level Microsoft Office skills and comfort with accurate data entry
- Ability to follow procedures, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced operations environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range (full-time): $55,341.00 - $73,050.00 per year
- In addition to base pay, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive/retention awards
