What You’ll Do
This role supports the Confidential Client’s Transaction Services and Public Sector Lockbox operations. You will help process and resolve complex cash and payment transactions, support process improvements, and contribute to daily operational controls.
- Assist with operational processes and continuous process improvements
- Ensure transactions are executed correctly and in compliance with internal controls
- Investigate, document and implement corrective actions for transaction issues
- Support transition, alignment, and stabilization of critical operations functions
- Cross-train across roles and provide backup coverage as needed
- Support control, risk management, and transaction services initiatives and projects
- Perform tasks within established procedures to minimize losses
- Assess and escalate risks appropriately, prioritizing compliance and reputation protection
Key Responsibilities (Lockbox & Data Entry focus)
- Meet or exceed established quality and productivity standards for data entry and processing
- Serve as a subject matter resource for data entry workflows
- Monitor workflow, update capacity models and shift reports, and ensure timely completion of workstreams
- Allocate resources in systems such as TMS or Parascript when required
- Review error reports and provide actionable information to management
- Oversee new hire training activities and support ongoing staff development
- Operate in a high-security, highly regulated environment and adhere to all policies, client requirements and compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Demonstrated cash and trade operations experience and knowledge
- Prior lockbox, payment processing, banking, audit or quality control experience preferred
- Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate PC proficiency, including MS Office and lockbox/payment applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; dayshift with one weekend day included
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
Required Eligibility & Screening
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. — U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to client/government contract requirements
- Ability to successfully complete an extensive background check (criminal, credit and drug screening; renewed periodically)
- Willingness to work additional hours and weekends as business needs require
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Primary location full-time salary range: $55,341.00 - $68,270.00 (annual)
- In addition to salary, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive/retention awards and competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life/disability insurance, and paid time off. Offerings may vary by jurisdiction and job level.
