What You’ll Do
This full-time role on the Transaction Services / Cash Management team supports accurate, compliant processing of cash and payment transactions and helps drive continuous improvement across operations.
- Facilitate end-to-end processing of multiple, complex cash and trade transaction types.
- Execute operational processes and support process-improvement initiatives.
- Investigate, document, and implement corrective actions for transaction services issues.
- Monitor day-to-day workflows; allocate resources to systems (TMS/Parascript) to meet SLAs.
- Review error reports, update capacity models and shift reports, and assist reconciliations against the Process Control Manual.
- Cross-train on related internal roles and provide backup coverage as needed.
- Support control, risk, audit, and transaction-services projects; follow procedures to minimize losses.
- Escalate control or compliance issues promptly and provide clear documentation to stakeholders.
- Participate in training, new-hire onboarding activities, and cross-shift/site initiatives to improve quality and productivity.
Who You Are / Qualifications
- 0–2 years relevant experience preferred; demonstrable cash and trade operations or payment-processing experience.
- Strong data-entry accuracy and focus on straight-through processing.
- Intermediate PC proficiency (MS Office) and experience with lockbox or payment-processing applications preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet quality/productivity targets.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills in diverse team environments.
- Prior audit, quality-control, or lockbox experience is a plus.
- Able to adapt to changing deadlines and work assignments; proactive about process improvements.
Education & Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) is required for this role.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Role requires successful completion of an extensive background check (criminal, credit and drug screening; renewed periodically).
Location, Hours & Compensation
- Primary location: Getzville, NY, United States (onsite / scheduled shifts).
- Time type: Full time; day shift with schedule that includes one weekend day.
- Salary range (primary location, full-time): $55,341 - $68,270 per year.
- In addition to salary, Confidential Client may offer discretionary/formulaic incentive awards and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off (offerings vary by jurisdiction and hire date).
Business Overview
Confidential Client’s Public Sector Lockbox business supports government clients with receivables management and secure handling of sensitive documents. The Getzville operation is data-entry centric and runs on a multi-shift schedule; successful candidates must be able to work weekends/holidays and additional hours as required.
