Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Case Manager — Children's Behavioral Health (QMHP-eligible) to deliver trauma-informed, community-based behavioral health services to youth (ages 3–17) and their families in and around Borger, TX. This full-time role focuses on direct intervention, skills training, assessment and treatment planning, and cross-team care coordination. The role supports entry-level candidates through experienced practitioners under a tiered pay scale.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain professional, trauma-informed communication and culturally competent care.
- Teach and role-model skills for community living, social skills, coping, problem solving, anger management, parenting, and self-control.
- Deliver evidence-based curriculum training (including Texas Resilience & Recovery / TRR-approved programs).
- Provide community- and home-based direct services (approximately 50%+ of time face-to-face or by phone).
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in a family- and person-centered manner.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure service continuity.
- Perform outreach and family engagement to support treatment goals.
- Complete and submit required documentation within 48 hours of service delivery.
- Follow Confidential Client’s Business Code of Conduct and report any compliance or ethical concerns.
Qualifications & Credentials
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required for QMHP credentialing) in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, or related human services field.
- Licenses: Valid Texas driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Technology: May be required to use personal mobile phone for two-factor authentication (2FA) per client policy.
- Experience (tiered pay based on experience):
- Case Manager I — Entry level: No prior experience required. ($40,809.60 / year)
- Case Manager II — Minimum 1 year behavioral health case management experience. ($43,305.60 / year)
- Case Manager III — Minimum 2 years behavioral health case management experience. ($46,009.60 / year)
- Graduate coursework in a related field may substitute for up to 1 year of experience.
- Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Prior experience working with youth and families.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $40,809.60 – $46,009.60 per year (placement in Case Manager I–III tiers based on experience).
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility through 501(c)(3) status.

Workplace & Location

- Community- and home-based delivery with regular travel inside the service area — reliable transportation and an insurable driving record required.
