Cannabis Product Data Analyst
The Cannabis Product Data Analyst at Confidential Client is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant product data, batch records, and regulatory documentation throughout the cannabis distribution process in Arizona. This role involves close collaboration with receiving, processing, compliance teams, and vendors to ensure all product information and Certificates of Analysis meet state regulations, supporting operational excellence and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Work Type
This is a full-time, on-site role in Phoenix, AZ.
- Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (may vary based on business needs)
What You’ll Do
The Confidential Client is looking for a detail-oriented Cannabis Product Data Analyst to maintain accurate product and compliance records across receiving, processing, and distribution. You will be responsible for verifying documentation, auditing batch records, and supporting compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records for product batches, ingredients, additives, and lot tracking.
- Review and verify Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for completeness and regulatory compliance.
- Verify product information and supporting documentation for vendor invoices and shipments.
- Partner with Receiving to confirm QR code labeling and required compliance markings.
- Collaborate with Processing and Compliance teams to keep master product data current.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain missing documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform routine audits of batch records and compliance documentation.
- Flag and escalate documentation or compliance concerns to leadership.
- Support ad-hoc projects to improve data quality and operational workflows.
Who You Are — Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data-entry skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred
- Previous cannabis industry experience.
- Experience with cannabis compliance documentation, batch tracking, and COAs.
- Experience with Dutchie and/or Confident Cannabis platforms.
- Familiarity with product testing terminology and regulatory requirements.
Physical Requirements & Environment
- Primarily office/distribution floor work: ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Occasionally stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to inspect labels, documentation, and packaging with a high degree of accuracy.
- Fast-paced distribution environment; must be able to meet production and documentation timelines.
