What You’ll Do

As a Campus Recruiter for Confidential Client in the HR & Recruitment function, you will lead campus and early-career hiring initiatives to attract, evaluate, and onboard high-potential interns and entry-level employees. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for internship and entry-level roles, build campus and community partnerships, and advise hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.

  • Coordinate college, high school and technical school recruiting initiatives, including orientation programs and internship programs
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for early-career and entry-level roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination
  • Advise hiring supervisors on recruitment strategy and prioritize competencies for roles
  • Oversee interview logistics and interview training (behavioral-based interviewing)
  • Develop a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates using campus events, career fairs, social media, and ATS sourcing
  • Draft and post external job ads and maintain job postings in the ATS
  • Review pre-employment checks (background, drug testing, physicals) and collaborate with legal or compliance teams as needed
  • Track and report staffing metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support onboarding activities and talent programs (employee referrals, temporary placements, relocations)
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools, and affirmative action groups
  • Serve as a resource to hiring leaders on policies, benefits, and staffing best practices
  • Travel as required (approximately 25%)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically 2–4 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience (minimum 1 year required); experience with campus recruiting strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Experience conducting interviews and assessing applicant information
  • Familiarity with HR policies, affirmative action, and relevant governmental regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Required: valid driver’s license
  • Preferred: PHR or similar HR certification

Location & Schedule

  • Location: Tulsa, OK (based in Tulsa area)
  • Work model: Hybrid (on-site + remote) — regular in-person presence expected
  • Travel: Approximately 25% travel to campuses and events
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated base pay: $47,057 per year (estimated)
