What You’ll Do
As the Campus Recruiter, you will own campus relationships and drive candidate sourcing for sales and corporate early-career roles.
- Become an expert in recruiting top campus talent
- Identify and deliver qualified candidates for sales and corporate entry-level roles
- Develop and deepen relationships with faculty, career centers, student organizations, coaches, and other campus stakeholders
- Source candidates via campus events, job fairs, social media, campus platforms, and job boards
- Plan and represent the organization at campus events year‑round (presentations, job fairs, info sessions)
- Coordinate job shadow programs and on‑campus initiatives with marketing and recruiting teams
- Track metrics, maintain applicant tracking data integrity, and report campus recruiting results
- Communicate campus recruiting strategies to internal recruiting teams and leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–3 years professional experience; campus recruiting experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels, internal and external
- Ability to enthusiastically promote the employer to potential candidates
- Willingness to travel up to 80% during peak campus recruiting season

- Primary work location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (1901 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309)
- Significant travel expected during peak campus recruiting seasons (up to 80%)
