What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Campus Recruiter to lead campus recruiting, university relations, and early-talent programs. This is a hands-on role that combines relationship-building with program management and full-cycle recruiting for internship, co-op, and entry-level roles.

  • Campus Recruiting & University Relations (primary focus)
  • Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to attract student and graduate talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, faculty, student organizations, and diversity-focused groups
  • Represent Confidential Client at career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and recruiting panels
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess students and recent graduates for internships, co-ops, rotational programs, and entry-level roles
  • Build and manage talent pipelines and candidate communications from sourcing through onboarding
  • Internship, Co-op & Rotational Program Management
  • Plan and run internship, co-op, and early-leader development programs, including onboarding, orientations, networking, and professional development
  • Partner with hiring managers to design meaningful development experiences and conversion strategies for high-performing participants
  • Track program performance, participant engagement, and recommend improvements to strengthen early-talent pipelines
  • Talent Acquisition Support (secondary)
  • Manage select entry-level requisitions from sourcing to offer and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate candidate and activity records in the ATS and analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and early-talent initiatives across the organization

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, university relations, or early-career hiring environment
  • Hands-on campus recruiting, internship, co-op, or early talent program experience
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience managing structured internship, co-op, or rotational programs
  • Background in university relations or campus recruiting within manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industries
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing, employer branding, and campus event planning

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay rate: $38.00 / hour (posted range: $38.00 - $38.00/hr)
  • Contract-to-hire — final compensation within the range depends on qualifications, experience, job knowledge, and other factors
