Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Campaign Development Associate based in Naperville, IL. What You’ll Do
- Execute in-person marketing campaigns and store/event activations to boost brand visibility and customer engagement
- Represent client brands professionally in retail and event-based environments
- Support development and rollout of local marketing and promotional strategies
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to refine outreach
- Assist with planning and coordinating retail events and in-store promotions
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain brand consistency and campaign effectiveness
- Monitor competitor and industry trends to inform campaign recommendations
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and administrative tasks
- Conduct sales and customer interactions in retail settings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or currently pursuing)
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, branding, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
- Comfortable working directly with customers in face-to-face environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools preferred

Compensation & Schedule
- Estimated annual pay: $51,906 (estimated)
