What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Auto Finance Call Center Representatives for a contract-to-hire opportunity. You will work on one of two teams with full training provided and opportunities to cross-train and advance.

• Customer Accounts Representative — key duties:

• Make friendly, early-stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due

• Help customers set up payments, enroll in auto-pay, and update account information

• Assist with password resets and basic login support

• Escalate accounts that require heavier collections to specialist teams

• Customer Care Representative — key duties:

• Handle inbound calls to support account questions, payment options, title requests, and website/login help

• Resolve routine customer inquiries and route complex issues to the appropriate teams

• Document interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Schedule

• Customer Accounts Representative:

• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• One late weekly shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (never on Fridays)

• Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Customer Care Representative:

• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of customer service experience; call center experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and accurate data-entry ability
• Reliable, adaptable, and committed to professional growth

Pay & Benefits

• Pay range: $23.00 – $25.50 per hour (Contract-to-Hire)
• Final offer within this range will depend on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors
