What You’ll Do

We’re hiring entry-level Call Center Representatives to work onsite in Euless, TX supporting an Auto Finance operation. Candidates should be open to either of these roles:

• Customer Accounts Representative

  • Make friendly, early-stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due
  • Assist customers with payment setups, auto-pay enrollment, and account updates
  • Help with basic password resets and login support
  • Escalate accounts that require heavier collections to specialized teams

• Customer Care Representative

  • Handle inbound calls to resolve account questions, payment options, title requests, and website/login issues
  • Provide clear, patient support and document interactions in the CRM

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• 1+ year customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and data entry
• Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to grow a career in auto finance

Schedule & Location

• Workplace: Fully onsite — Euless, TX
• Customer Accounts Representative schedule:
  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • One weekly late shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (never on Fridays)
  • Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Customer Care Representative schedule:
  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $23.00 – $25.50 per hour (hourly pay depends on experience and qualifications)
