About the Program
Confidential Client is a family of 50+ specialty sports, games and play brands. The company designs and sells products online and in retail, and is scaling its own product lines nationwide. This Business Trainee (business training program) is an on-site, rotational early-career program based in Omaha, NE designed for recent college graduates who want to learn how a growing retail business runs end-to-end and prepare to lead a business unit or key function within 2–3 years.
What You’ll Do
- Learn customers, products and systems from day one
- Rotate through ecommerce, marketing, operations, product and finance
- Lead real projects with clear goals and measurable results
- Join leadership and business training (book studies, workshops, online courses)
- Propose ideas to grow sales and profit
- Work toward leading a business unit or functional area within the program timeline

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 3.6 GPA or higher
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools
- Hardworking, coachable and positive attitude
- Willingness to commit to 50+ hour weeks during initial training phases
- A love of reading and learning (team reads 10+ business books per year)
- Former college athletes and sports fans are a strong plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
