About the Program
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Business Trainee to join a Retail leadership development program based in Omaha, NE. This rotational program is designed for recent college graduates who want fast, hands-on exposure to ecommerce, marketing, operations, product and finance with the goal of preparing you to lead a business unit or a functional area within 2–3 years.
This role is on-site at the Confidential Client headquarters in the Omaha, NE area.
What You Will Do
- Learn customers, products and systems from day one
- Rotate through ecommerce, marketing, operations, product and finance teams
- Own real projects with clear goals and measurable results
- Participate in leadership and business training (book studies, courses)
- Contribute ideas that drive sales and profitability
- Progress toward leading a business unit or functional area

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Cumulative GPA of 3.6 or higher

- A strong appetite for reading and continuous learning (team reads 10+ business books/year)
