What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, career-launch training program in Business Operations that combines in-class instruction with hands-on internships and placement support. Over a one-year (or shorter) program you will learn core business operations and project management practices, use data to drive business outcomes, coordinate team projects, and develop professional communication and interview skills. During the internship phase you will earn an educational stipend and receive placement support with leading employers in the Greater Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom training on Business Operations and Project Management
• Support team-based projects and coordinate tasks across stakeholders
• Use basic data tools to gather, analyze, and report on business metrics
• Assist with customer communications and internal process documentation
• Apply finance fundamentals to routine operational tasks
• Prepare professional materials (resume, LinkedIn) and practice interviewing skills

Qualifications & Eligibility

• High school diploma or GED required
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (must provide documentation when requested)
• Available Monday–Friday for the program duration (attendance is required)
• No Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) — designed for candidates without a 4‑year degree
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• You may be required to complete screening questions during the application process

What You’ll Get

• Paid educational stipend during the internship phase: $525 per week (during internships)
• Estimated annual equivalent for this role: $45,140 per year (estimated)

• Career coaching, networking support, and ongoing guidance to help launch your professional career — historically strong placement outcomes for graduates

• Location: Northlake, GA (on-site program components)
• Employment type: Contract and/or Full-Time opportunities as part of training and internship placements
• Program length: Up to one year (many cohorts complete in one year or less)
