What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Management Trainee to complete cross-departmental rotations and learn core sales, operations, and leadership practices. The long-term goal is to prepare you to step into a sales or branch manager role.

• Sales & Business Development: shadow sales reps, pitch to new clients, generate leads, and work toward quotas.
• Operational Rotation: rotate through customer service, marketing, inventory, and finance to learn end-to-end operations.
• Team Leadership: assist with staff scheduling, participate in interviewing, and coach team members.
• Analysis & Reporting: track sales metrics, evaluate market trends, and review competitor activity to inform decisions.

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math and analytical thinking
  • Competitive drive and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to collaborate in fast-paced teams
• Other: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

No prior management experience required — bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
