Confidential Client is seeking Entry‑Level Business Management Trainees for a hands-on leadership development program supporting nonprofit partners, ethical brands, community outreach, marketing, and fundraising campaigns in Meridian, ID.
Estimated salary: $52,187 per year (estimated).
What You’ll Do
- Participate in paid management training and mentorship
- Learn business operations, leadership, marketing, and campaign management
- Coordinate community outreach, fundraising, and promotional events
- Support event logistics, team coordination, and campaign execution
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members
- Build relationships with community and business partners
- Track campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement
- Represent nonprofit and client partners with professionalism and integrity
