What You’ll Learn & Do
As a Business Management Trainee based in Idaho City, ID, you’ll rotate through core departments to gain broad exposure to how the business operates. Typical responsibilities include:
- Master operations by supporting department heads with daily logistics and customer interactions
- Support sales and marketing efforts on campaigns, client outreach, and account management
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
- Gradually move into supervisory responsibilities—leading small teams, projects, or shifts as you progress
