What You’ll Do

You will join a rotational Management Trainee program designed to develop future sales and branch leaders through hands-on experience across core business functions. Typical responsibilities include:

• Shadow sales representatives, generate leads, pitch to prospective clients, and support quota-driven initiatives.
• Rotate through operational areas such as customer service, marketing, inventory, and finance to learn end-to-end workflows.
• Support team leadership tasks including scheduling, assisting with interviews, and coaching front-line staff.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, monitor market trends, and assist with competitor research.
• Participate in mentorship and training sessions with managers and senior leaders to prepare for a sales or branch manager role.
