Role overview

This opening is for an entry- to early-career Business Management role in a Pathways rotational program at a confidential client in Rolling Meadows, IL. The program includes three rotations across Business Management functions (examples below) to build broad financial, analytic, and program-support experience.

Each rotation may include assignments such as:

• Program Control Analyst (PCA)
• Contracts Analyst
• Pricing Analyst
• Material Estimating Analyst
• Financial Planning Analyst
• Global Trade Compliance Analyst
• Scheduling Analyst
• Global Supply Chain Analyst (Controller support)

This is a full-time, on-site position in Rolling Meadows, IL. Relocation assistance may be available.

What you’ll do

The Pathways rotations are designed to develop practical skills across business management disciplines. Typical responsibilities include:

• Support financial and program control activities, including tracking budgets and variances
• Assist with pricing, estimating and cost analysis for programs
• Prepare reports, executive briefings, and status updates for stakeholders
• Support contracts administration and compliance activities
• Help maintain schedules, forecasting, and supply chain coordination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and implement process improvements
• Learn internal tools, systems, and reporting standards used by the business management organization

Minimum qualifications

Basic Qualifications — Associate Business Management Analyst:

• Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a closely related field (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Global Supply Chain, etc.)
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite)
• Ability to obtain Special Access Program eligibility within a reasonable period as required

Basic Qualifications — Business Management Analyst:

• Completing or recently completed a Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a closely related field (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Global Supply Chain, etc.)
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite)

Preferred qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
• Prior business-relevant internship or work experience
• Existing active U.S. Government security clearance (beneficial but not required)

Compensation & benefits

Salary ranges (estimates provided by the client):

• Associate Business Management Analyst: $60,200 to $90,200 per year
• Business Management Analyst: $72,400 to $108,600 per year

The above ranges are guidelines; final offers consider experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Additional compensation elements may include overtime eligibility, shift differentials, discretionary bonuses, and long-term incentives for certain roles. Benefits typically include health insurance, life/disability coverage, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and company holidays.
