What You’ll Do
The Confidential Client’s analytics team is seeking a Business Intelligence / Health Data Analyst to support cross-functional reporting, modeling, and data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Execute, write, test, validate, analyze and distribute beginner to intermediate level reports and dashboards.
- Translate stakeholder requests into specifications, choose the appropriate analytical approach, and deliver results on schedule.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses, synthesize findings, and present clear recommendations and trend summaries to business partners.
- Develop, automate, and maintain recurring reports; identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
- Pull and integrate data from multiple databases; perform statistical analysis and basic data modeling to support pricing, capitation, network, and provider reporting.
- Support maintenance and documentation of the departmental data warehouse.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and other teams to ensure accuracy and business alignment.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Required qualifications (must-haves)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or another quantitative discipline.
- 1+ years of related experience in analytics, reporting, or health data work.
- Ability to apply mathematical and statistical techniques to health-related datasets.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain analytical results clearly and concisely.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Successful completion of applicable Health Care sanctions and background checks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel required).
Preferred skills (nice-to-haves)
- Demonstrated use of analytical software; SAS or SQL preferred.
- Experience building visualizations or dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and report automation best practices.

- Employment type: FULL_TIME (on-site in Tulsa, OK).
