What You’ll Do

Mon - Fri. This is an entry-level Business Intelligence Analyst role on the central analytics team supporting enterprise BI initiatives for a confidential client. You will help implement data visualizations, resolve basic Tableau/storytelling questions, and support analytics across multiple business areas (call centers, branches, underwriting, mortgage, business accounts, etc.). The role often supports large projects and requires strong service orientation — you may be the primary contact for credit-union-facing teams on analytics topics.

• Work with business strategists to design and deliver data visualizations and narrative-driven dashboards
• Troubleshoot and answer basic Tableau and data-storytelling questions
• Analyze visualization output to inform business strategy and decision-making
• Support analytics for multiple subject areas (branches, call centers, underwriting, mortgage, business accounts)
• Promote analytics best practices, standards, and data governance awareness
• Learn and apply enterprise BI deployment strategies and ELT patterns

Core Skills & Tools

• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills; experience with ELT implementation
• Familiarity with enterprise relational platforms (Oracle, SQL Server) and cloud/on-prem data warehouse environments (Snowflake, Exadata, Teradata)
• Practical experience with at least one BI platform (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, MicroStrategy)
• Experience or comfort with dashboard design, delivery, and data storytelling
• Experience using ticketing/project tools (Atlassian Jira, Confluence) and working in team-oriented project environments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle confidential data
• Strong verbal and written communication; team-player mindset
• Understanding of financial services is a plus

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience (typical equivalent: 4+ years in a STEM discipline)
• 2+ years working in IT or analytics roles
• 2+ years participating in team-oriented project work
• Experience in enterprise data warehouse environments and BI deployments

Compensation

• Estimated pay: $85,439 per year (estimated figure provided by the source). Pay may vary based on experience and location. This posting complies with applicable federal and state hiring rules.

Location & Schedule

• Work location: Roy, UT (on-site or as required by the confidential client). Standard Monday–Friday schedule unless otherwise agreed.
