Role Overview
This entry-level Business Development Representative (BDR) role supports a confidential client in the Sales industry. You will help generate new business, set meetings with prospective clients, and support onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or early-career professionals who want to launch a career in sales within the Twin Cities metro.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and pursue new client relationships by researching and identifying leads across industries served by the confidential client
- Use HubSpot (CRM) to manage and nurture leads
- Coordinate weekly direct mail and email outreach campaigns
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls, build rapport, and deliver sales presentations
- Assist in creating and testing new strategies to drive business
- Drive sales to meet established territory goals and build a book of business
- Work directly with senior-level contacts (CEOs, Directors, Presidents)
- Travel within the Twin Cities metro for client meetings
- Ensure accurate pricing on invoices and contracts
- Support the Director of Business Sales and owner on proposals and special projects
Total Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000–$55,000 base salary + commission (base salary range provided by the confidential client)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Willingness to travel within the Twin Cities metro for meetings
- Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
