Summary
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Business Development Representative (BDR) in Sun Lakes, AZ. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with a clear, structured path to become an Account Manager in 4–6 months. You will receive onboarding and sales training, work alongside senior account managers, and be eligible for uncapped commissions from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Complete a 2-week onboarding and sales training program
- Ramp toward an Account Manager role in 4–6 months
- Learn and be coached day-to-day by Senior Account Managers
- Prospect new clients through phone, email, networking, and virtual meetings
- Run client meetings to uncover hiring needs and present consulting solutions
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM and modern sales tools
- Generate new business and grow existing client relationships
- Track and exceed performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of activity and progress
What You Bring to the Table

- Familiarity or willingness to learn Microsoft Office and sales/CRM tools

Nice to Have
- 1+ year in sales, business development, recruiting, or other customer-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree
- CRM or applicant tracking system experience
Compensation & Commission
- The reasonably expected annual base compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 (as listed by the client).
- Hourly equivalent shown in the source posting: $24.04/hour.
- This role may be eligible for commission under the client’s Sales compensation plan (uncapped).
Note: Individual compensation will be determined by job-related skills, experience, and applicable state or local laws.
