What You’ll Do

This hybrid Business Development & Provider Relations role will position you as the frontline ambassador for a Confidential Client in the Healthcare sector. You will focus on opening doors for strategic partnerships and improving referral relationships with local clinicians and medical practices.

  • Conduct high-volume professional outreach (in-person visits, phone, targeted email campaigns, and networking) to independent clinics, group practices, and community health organizations.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers (practice owners, managing physicians, practice administrators) and secure executive-level introductions.
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of partnership and potential acquisition prospects, documenting outreach and progress in the CRM.
  • Serve as the visible face of the Confidential Client to referring providers: deliver materials, educate clinicians and office staff on service lines, and promote referral pathways.
  • Routinely visit referring clinics to maintain relationships and distribute clinical collaterals, provider directories, and educational resources.
  • Identify referral friction points or service gaps and escalate feedback to internal leadership to improve provider-to-provider experiences.
  • Represent the Confidential Client at regional healthcare networking events, medical society meetings, and community health functions.
  • Track outreach outcomes and maintain accurate records of practice profiles, ownership, and interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical sales/outreach experience preferred.
  • 0–2 years experience in sales, business development, outbound marketing, or healthcare customer service. Relevant internships or high-volume cold outreach experience are strongly valued.
  • Polished verbal, written, and in-person communication skills; comfortable meeting directly with physicians, office managers, and practice owners.
  • Resilient, self-motivated “hunter” mentality with persistence in follow-up and strong consultative relationship-building instincts.
  • Exceptional time management, disciplined pipeline management, and strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally across the regional market on a regular basis.
  • Comfortable using a CRM to track outreach and pipeline activity.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with performance-driven incentives/bonus potential.
  • Mileage reimbursement / travel expense stipend.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
  • Direct mentorship from executive leadership with exposure to healthcare M&A, business operations, and multi-specialty practice strategy.

Location & Work Model

  • Location: Navarre, FL (hybrid role with frequent local travel across the regional market).
  • Employment type: Full-time.
  • Must be able to travel frequently to referring practices and attend local professional events.
