In this role, you will
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients (CEOs, Presidents, VPs, and other executives).
- Use cold-calling, email, and social outreach to secure qualified meetings with for‑profit organizations.
- Research target accounts, stakeholders, industry trends, and competitors to craft tailored outreach.
- Support Sales Directors by managing outreach, maintaining pipeline activities, and tracking meetings.
- Participate in onboarding, 1:1 coaching, team skill sessions, and continuous development activities.
- Coordinate territory outreach and help manage your assigned Sales Director’s calendar and priorities.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with persistence and handling rejection during outreach.
- Goal-oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital fluency is a plus (AI tools, social selling, sales engagement platforms).
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation model: base salary + monthly commissions + individual and team performance bonuses.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $68,000 per year (includes a base salary of $50,000 plus $18,000 variable at 100% of goal). Base pay is contingent on experience and qualifications.
