Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Business Development Associate to join a growing healthcare sales team based in Jackson, MS. This role is ideal for an ambitious, coachable early-career professional who wants structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path into closing and territory leadership. No prior healthcare sales experience required.

What You’ll Do
- Guided sales support — assist with outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building in SNF and Long-Term Care under senior closers
- Territory learning — help identify targets and learn market expansion strategies in the field
- Clinical value selling — learn to articulate ROI of a physician-led wound care model to administrators and operational stakeholders
- Relationship building — begin developing a network with SNF staff, owners, and regional directors with mentor support
- Team collaboration — share field observations and help shape team strategy and execution
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience (internships and new grads welcome)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Genuine interest in healthcare sales or business development
- Team-first mindset, coachable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with a road-warrior schedule (typically 4–5 days travel per week)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (Confidential Client cannot sponsor at this time)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $68,000 per year
- Bonus potential: commission/bonus structure with increasing upside as you begin closing accounts (uncapped growth opportunity)
